Titus strolled into our offices after earning an overall win at his first natural bodybuilding competition. What do you do with an Athlete who walks around daily with 4.8% body fat?!? Pack on lean muscle mass!!!!

Personal Goal: "I want to gain muscle, get to about 190lbs and stay lean."
Fitness Goal:
As reigning Champion of the Rock Bodybuilding Contest, Titus was determined to present a leaner, more defined package for a subsequent competition held during an overseas deployment.

The Statistics (15wk Bodybuilding Contest Prep): Not only did Titus surpass his goal to tilt the scale at 190+lbs but also gained over 8lbs of lean muscle mass while maintaining between 3 - 4% body fat respectively. Despite cancellation of the contest early in the preparation process, Titus did not waiver and trained everyday as if the show would continue!!

Very few people entertain the idea of preparing for their first physique competition with only 6 weeks of workout & nutritional training. Luckily, Dominique isn't one of those people!!

Personal Goal: "I wana go onstage, I think I can be ready in 6 weeks with your help!!"
Fitness Goal: Earn Personal Training Certification / Blaze a path onto the contest stage as a Male Physique competitor.

The Statistics (6wk Physique Contest Prep): Dominique not only managed to reduce his body fat percentage by half, but also burned more than 5lbs of body fat from his naturally lean frame. Having achieved both personal and fitness goals, Dominique was inspired to pursue his passion as a Certified Personal Trainer!!
